Why this site exists

Since ROAM MLS moved to Flexmls on October 26, many of us have run into the same problems. Some are small. Some are keeping agents from serving clients the way they want to.

This site is a simple, shared place to describe those problems clearly and count how many of us are affected.

How it works

• Report a problem once, in plain language.
• Upvote problems you share. One vote per Realtor, per issue.
• Follow along as each issue moves from Reported to Escalated, In Progress, and Resolved.

Why your vote matters

Every vote becomes a number we bring to NOMAR and ROAM MLS. A single report is a story. Two hundred Realtors from twenty brokerages reporting the same thing is a priority. The counts on this site are what we bring to every meeting.

When an issue is marked resolved, everyone who upvoted it will get a short email asking whether it is fixed for them. If enough of you say it is still broken, the issue reopens as Disputed and goes back on the list.

Open to every Realtor

KW New Orleans hosts this site as a service to every Realtor in our market, regardless of brokerage. You can participate without showing your name publicly. Your information is used only to count issues and send updates. We will never use it to recruit or share it with any brokerage.

What comes next

Updates will come weekly until the list gets shorter. Subscribe on the home page to get each update by email, and keep reporting what you see.

Thank you for taking the time to help.
